Teofilo Mikeldi ran over to the corner to take the kick. Cavaliers FC were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Les Tigres's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Teofilo Mikeldi took the corner. Lin Yan Hong was a little too slow when Florencio Villegas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 1-0. Florencio Villegas scored 2-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lin Yan Hong, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Les Tigres booed when Cavaliers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Sandalio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cornelio Villegas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Tipi, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cavaliers FC! Cornelio Villegas had in the 31stth minute some difficulties stopping Leonardo Tipi's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 2-1 came in the 31st minute when Leonardo Tipi all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Cornelio Villegas. Florencio Villegas might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lin Yan Hong. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florencio Villegas ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 35th minute Florencio Villegas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lin Yan Hong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cavaliers FC's Cornelio Villegas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Tipi in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Leonardo Tipi made a precise shot to the right of Cornelio Villegas. Cavaliers FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. In the 47th match minute, Les Tigres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Tipi to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Cavaliers FC booed when Les Tigres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Tipi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florencio Villegas to make the kick off. Marcos Arano replaced Florencio Villegas. Cavaliers FC's attentive Adolfo Umea managed to snatch the ball when Patrick Beckham made a throw-in in the 63rd minute of the game. In the 66th minute Leonardo Tipi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Villegas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Arano in the 69th minute of play forced Les Tigres's goalkeeper Lin Yan Hong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cornelio Villegas was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edvard Võsandi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 70 minute of play. Les Tigres made a substitution. Paolo Ereinotz replaced Leonardo Tipi. After 81 played minutes Cavaliers FC got a freekick which was hit by Jeremias Sandalio. In the 87th minute, Ahmet Samih hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th match minute, Les Tigres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Samih to maneuver through the defense. Lin Yan Hong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desiderio Rami in the 90th minute of the match. Lin Yan Hong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Arano, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Rami in the 96th minute of play forced Les Tigres's goalkeeper Lin Yan Hong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Les Tigres had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
