When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, CJ Lewandowski took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Péter Pálffy to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when CJ Lewandowski got free with Péter Pálffy in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 31 minutes into the match, La Società Sport Osasco's goal looked a bit too open when Doriva Tavares came free, but Rubinho Lago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rubinho Lago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinícius Junior, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Neycho Mudrov in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rubinho Lago prevented the ball from getting in the gole. CJ Lewandowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Capivara FC's Péter Pálffy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by CJ Lewandowski in the 46th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Neycho Mudrov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joaquim Xavier got free with Rubinho Lago in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 58th minute of the match, Doriva Tavares tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rubinho Lago saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Zhang Chen came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Capivara FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zhang Chen couldn't finish the play. 63 minutes into the match, La Società Sport Osasco's goal looked a bit too open when Doriva Tavares came free, but Rubinho Lago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rubinho Lago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doriva Tavares in the 63rd minute of the match. If Neycho Mudrov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the game, Neycho Mudrov recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rubinho Lago. Neycho Mudrov showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Capivara FC's João Francisco Mota was substituted for Zhang Chen. After having played for 76 minutes, Vinícius Junior managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Capivara FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vinícius Junior was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th minute Neycho Mudrov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rubinho Lago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Neycho Mudrov took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rubinho Lago. Rubinho Lago dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Péter Pálffy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferenc Puskás, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Gilvan Maranhense's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Péter Pálffy was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. When the match was over Capivara FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than La Società Sport Osasco throughout the match.
