A collision led to Os Fura Olho F.C. getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Michel Cardoso hit a great ball. Frank McLintock might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wágner Carneiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank McLintock ran back to his position shaking his head. 25 minutes into the match, Os Fura Olho F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Frank McLintock came free, but Wágner Carneiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes in the game Matias Jax did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ahmet Nasir Nesefi. The supporters of Iron Maiden Football booed when Os Fura Olho F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amílton Vergílio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kartal Onural struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the match, Os Fura Olho F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Nasir Nesefi came free, but Wágner Carneiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wágner Carneiro came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Iron Maiden Football's Marco Mendes. But to his dismay, Marco Mendes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Os Fura Olho F.C.'s goalkeeper Wágner Carneiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.

Iron Maiden Football made a substitution. Jorginho da Costa replaced José Ramos. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank McLintock was the one to do the kick off. After 54 minutes Os Fura Olho F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kartal Onural who took care of the corner kick. 55 minutes into the game, Michel Cardoso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Os Fura Olho F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Iron Maiden Football the free kick. In the 55th match minute, Os Fura Olho F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michel Cardoso to maneuver through the defense. Frank McLintock recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wágner Carneiro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. 73 minutes into the match, Os Fura Olho F.C.'s goalkeeper Wágner Carneiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aníbal Leal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marco Mendes got free with Wágner Carneiro in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Os Fura Olho F.C.'s Wágner Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duda Velloso in the 76th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Os Fura Olho F.C.'s Ruy Nóbrega got a free kick in the 79th minute. Wágner Carneiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aníbal Leal went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-10 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Aníbal Leal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wágner Carneiro was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Wágner Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aníbal Leal in the 90th minute of play. Marco Mendes took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wágner Carneiro. Wágner Carneiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-12. Gernando Carvalho took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wágner Carneiro. When the final whistle sounded Iron Maiden Football left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Os Fura Olho F.C..
