Silas Vasconcelos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alex Frasca having to make a save. 14 minutes into the match, Garanhão do SUL's goalkeeper Alex Frasca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silas Vasconcelos. 15 minutes into the match, Garanhão do SUL's goal looked a bit too open when Claudinei Linares came free, but Alex Frasca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudinei Linares scored 1-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alex Frasca, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 21st minute Garanhão do SUL were awarded a corner. João Viana went to the cornerflag to take it. After a defensive mix-up in Garanhão do SUL's zone, Silas Vasconcelos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Frasca came out of the goal and Silas Vasconcelos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claudinei Linares was the one to do the kick off. The Garanhão do SUL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alex Frasca should have stopped the shot. In the 59th minute, Marquinhos de Lara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The THANDERA® FCCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Alex Frasca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silas Vasconcelos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Score! 9-0. 97 minutes into the match, Silas Vasconcelos notched a goal, 10-0, to the right of Garanhão do SUL's Alex Frasca. Alex Frasca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee ended the match the THANDERA® FCCMZ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
