Caetano da Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquinhos de Lara in the 3rd minute of play. THANDERA® FCCMZ's Emanuel Van Hoeij proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save THANDERA® FCCMZ from getting a goal against them. When THANDERA® FCCMZ's Silas Vasconcelos in 6 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Caetano da Silveira guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Chelsicha were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after THANDERA® FCCMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mel Speerschneider took the corner. 11 minutes into the match, Ciro Elija notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of THANDERA® FCCMZ's Emanuel Van Hoeij. Emanuel Van Hoeij was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 14th minute Silas Vasconcelos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caetano da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Chelsicha's goal looked a bit too open when Marquinhos de Lara came free, but Caetano da Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciro Elija blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emanuel Van Hoeij having to make a save. In the 37th minute Claudinei Linares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caetano da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ciro Elija had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute, Cássio Marques hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ciro Elija recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th minute, Claudinei Linares made a precise shot to the right of Caetano da Silveira. Chelsicha's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claudinei Linares was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, THANDERA® FCCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Félix came free, but Emanuel Van Hoeij reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cássio Marques charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cássio Marques the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, THANDERA® FCCMZ's Cássio Marques got a free kick in the 56th minute. Emanuel Van Hoeij made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Félix in the 58th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Chelsicha's Bebeto Maia got a free kick in the 59th minute. Emanuel Van Hoeij showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Félix in the 61st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silas Vasconcelos got free with Caetano da Silveira in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 65 played minutes Claudinei Linares rounded Chelsicha's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. THANDERA® FCCMZ's Paulo José da Mata was substituted for Adrianinho Mesquita. A collision led to THANDERA® FCCMZ getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Albertinho Valadares hit a great ball. Cássio Marques made in the 76th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Albertinho Valadares immediately put the ball in play. Chelsicha's Caetano da Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudinei Linares in the 77th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Chelsicha's Ciro Elija sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emanuel Van Hoeij narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Caetano da Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquinhos de Lara in the 82nd minute of play. THANDERA® FCCMZ's Emanuel Van Hoeij played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Elija in the 84th minute of play. Caetano da Silveira was a little too slow when Marquinhos de Lara got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 3-3. Caetano da Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquinhos de Lara in the 91st minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
