The supporters of Deportivo Mandiyu booed when MAZER SAF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Félix Torres didn't get a good kick on the ball. Deportivo Mandiyu's Bernardo Gonsalve got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Deportivo Mandiyu's Samuel Matxin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Mandiyu from getting a goal against them. Deportivo Mandiyu's Samuel Matxin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yuri Alberto in the 39th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enzo Emenon couldn't finish the play. Adriano Rosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Samuel Matxin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Deportivo Mandiyu's Arturo Veronica was substituted for Bernardo Gonsalve. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Samuel Matxin came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by MAZER SAF's Igor Coronado. But to his dismay, Igor Coronado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Deportivo Mandiyu players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for MAZER SAF.
