Benny Stolpe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaramillo Amundarain in the 13th minute of play. Benny Stolpe came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Angola's Jaramillo Amundarain. But to his dismay, Jaramillo Amundarain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 17 played minutes Sporting Angola got a freekick which was hit by Modesto Primo. With a little luck, Joinville S.German-FSCMZ's Benny Stolpe got control of the ball when Jaramillo Amundarain tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Freddy Basajaun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaramillo Amundarain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benny Stolpe having to interfere. In the 27th minute Sandro Aguiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Sein saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Freddy Sein showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sandro Aguiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Jaramillo Amundarain hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. When Alejo Jaen fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Joinville S.German-FSCMZ's protests and gave Alejo Jaen a yellow card for diving instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Freddy Basajaun made a kick off. The tension between the Joinville S.German-FSCMZ and the Sporting Angola players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vladimir Albuquerque's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Freddy Sein firmly grabbed it by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Miguel Cunha during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th minute, Miguel Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Joinville S.German-FSCMZ's Vladimir Albuquerque in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sporting Angola's goalie prevented a goal.
