After 3 minutes, Tiago Coimbra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pau Nas Canelas and the Skarpa Ełk players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 3rd match minute, Pau Nas Canelas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiago Coimbra to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enzo Borges during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 6th minute, Enzo Borges hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pau Nas Canelas's Caio Abreu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateusz Wojtkiewicz in the 8th minute of play. Cristiano Palha struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Jedrzej Grucza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pau Nas Canelas. 20 minutes into the match, Pau Nas Canelas's goal looked a bit too open when Skay Škarpa came free, but Caio Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Skay Škarpa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pau Nas Canelas's Caio Abreu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateusz Wojtkiewicz in the 28th minute of play. When Wladyslaw Korytkowski got free in front of the goal in the 32nd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Caio Abreu was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Pau Nas Canelas's Filipe Avelar got a free kick in the 37th minute. Caio Abreu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Skay Škarpa in the 43rd minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, Wladyslaw Borczak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Skarpa Ełk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pau Nas Canelas the free kick. Wladyslaw Borczak hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldemar Puszynski in the 47th minute of play forced Pau Nas Canelas's goalkeeper Caio Abreu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Skay Škarpa made a kick off. With a little luck, Pau Nas Canelas's Caio Abreu got control of the ball when Waldemar Puszynski tried to sneak it across the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Pau Nas Canelas's goal looked a bit too open when Wladyslaw Korytkowski came free, but Caio Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the game, Skarpa Ełk's Skay Škarpa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Caio Abreu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Skay Škarpas short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Caio Abreu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wladyslaw Korytkowski in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Caio Abreu saved Pau Nas Canelas from getting behind. Waldemar Puszynski succeeded in the game's 71st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. After having played for 74 minutes, Quintino Carvalho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pau Nas Canelas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Quintino Carvalho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Skarpa Ełk's Wladyslaw Korytkowski saw an opening behind the goalie Caio Abreu in the 76thth minute and tried to shoot past into the top right corner, but with great reflexes Caio Abreu with one arm managed to save the shot in the last secound. After 78 played minutes Skarpa Ełk's Skay Škarpa stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Caio Abreu stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Pau Nas Canelas of the goal. Pau Nas Canelas's Caio Abreu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Pau Nas Canelas from getting a goal against them. In the 81stth minute of the game Waldemar Puszynski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pau Nas Canelas's Caio Abreu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Caio Abreu came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Skarpa Ełk's Skay Škarpa. But to his dismay, Skay Škarpa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. If Skay Škarpa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Caio Abreu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wladyslaw Korytkowski in the 96th minute of the match. Skarpa Ełk's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
