Coelho FC's Paulo Renato Novaes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Coelho FC from getting a goal against them. 12 minutes into the match, Wariatów Kupa's goal looked a bit too open when Valdo Peres came free, but Klaas Dejonghe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulo Renato Novaes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldinho Lewandowski in the 14th minute of play. Wariatów Kupa's Mikolaj Sochacki got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Osvaldinho Lewandowski in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo Renato Novaes saved Coelho FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszko Kempski in the 26th minute of play forced Coelho FC's goalkeeper Paulo Renato Novaes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute of the match Wariatów Kupa got a corner. Coelho FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Corrado Colagrossi ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Osvaldinho Lewandowski heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Osvaldinho Lewandowski spun around in front of the goal 28 minutes in the game and got away a good shot, but Paulo Renato Novaes grabbed the ball before it went up in top right corner. Osvaldinho Lewandowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo Renato Novaes having to make a save. 36 minutes into the match, Coelho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldinho Lewandowski came free, but Paulo Renato Novaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Coelho FC defense, Mikolaj Sochacki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulo Renato Novaes. The Coelho FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulo Renato Novaes should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Wariatów Kupa booed when Coelho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Pereira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Corrado Colagrossi's shot from long distance in the 45th minute was not bad at all, but Coelho FC's Paulo Renato Novaes knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

After a rather tough play, Wariatów Kupa's Corrado Colagrossi got a free kick in the 54th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Coelho FC's Valdo Peres sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Klaas Dejonghe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Paulo Renato Novaes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldinho Lewandowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulo Renato Novaes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Osvaldinho Lewandowski's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. 65 minutes into the match, Osvaldinho Lewandowski notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Coelho FC's Paulo Renato Novaes. Paulo Renato Novaes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Wariatów Kupa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 90th minute Wariatów Kupa were awarded a corner. Corrado Colagrossi went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 91st minute Adam Penc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Renato Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wariatów Kupa's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
