With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodriguinho Hermes in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ter Stegen saved 1948 MKS from getting behind. Paulo Renato Novaes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Torrey Molloy's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Torrey Molloy got free with Paulo Renato Novaes in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paulo Renato Novaes was a little too slow when Torrey Molloy got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 2-0. After a rather tough play, Coelho FC's Mathias Mazza got a free kick in the 28th minute. Ter Stegen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdo Peres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 1948 MKS's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
