The KS Greenpi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Ahmet Asım Sorgun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Mariusz Pochorylo made a huge save. 38 minutes into the match, VC Duisburg 2012's goal looked a bit too open when Stanislaw Rzeszutek came free, but Yu Ming Nan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KS Greenpi were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after VC Duisburg 2012's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Stanislaw Rzeszutek took the corner. Stanislaw Rzeszutek made a great header on KS Greenpi's corner, it was just that VC Duisburg 2012's Yu Ming Nan managed to reach the ball for a save.

Carmine Berardi charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carmine Berardi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 94th minute, Carmine Berardi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. KS Greenpi's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
