Felix Azibar started the match with the kick off. AFC CERBEROS's Anacleto Sanchez got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anacleto Sanchez in the 23rd minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Leopoldo Lastur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Leones FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Nicanor Florinio hit a great ball. After 33 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Florinio. Leones FC's Leopoldo Lastur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Leones FC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Martin Asier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Leones FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Martin Asier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauro Joachim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee felt a red card was in order, 45 minutes into the game, when Javier Richie put in a rough tackle. 47 minutes into the match, AFC CERBEROS's Urbano Chinto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leopoldo Lastur narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nicolas Bizi made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilfredo Quinto in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mauro Joachim saved AFC CERBEROS from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anacleto Sanchez in the 58th minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Leopoldo Lastur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Leones FC's Serafin Hori sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mauro Joachim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leopoldo Lastur came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by AFC CERBEROS's Felix Azibar. But to his dismay, Felix Azibar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Leopoldo Lastur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Sanchez in the 64th minute of the match. AFC CERBEROS's Urbano Chinto got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leopoldo Lastur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Azibar in the 77th minute of the match. Leopoldo Lastur came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by AFC CERBEROS's Urbano Chinto. But to his dismay, Urbano Chinto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After a rather tough play, Leones FC's Arnaldo Leguizamón got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Mauro Joachim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilfredo Quinto in the 86th minute of the match. Leones FC's Leopoldo Lastur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregorio Inocente in the 90th minute of play. After having played for 92 minutes, Wilfredo Quinto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leones FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilfredo Quinto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
