Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Estebe, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmar Abar in the 5th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Aserradero FC's goalkeeper Ismael Poncio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcos Berdoi. Pankracy Glogowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmar Abar in the 10th minute of the match. Aldo Eriz took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pankracy Glogowski. Pankracy Glogowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ismael Poncio made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Şevket Çağa sent off a good shot on target. Aserradero FC's Ismael Poncio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Aserradero FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Şevket Çağa got free with Ismael Poncio in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Hermengildo Erroman got a free kick in the 30th minute. Ismael Poncio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Berdoi in the 33rd minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcos Berdoi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 81st minute Aserradero FC were awarded a corner. Jonathan Peyo went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Aserradero FC's Jonathan Peyo to fire away a dangerous shot which Pankracy Glogowski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 82nd minute, Paulino Tonio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 85 played minutes Aserradero FC got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Eriz. A collision led to Aserradero FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Aldo Eriz hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Ciro Ferdinand managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Atlanta's supporters rose to their feet, but Ciro Ferdinand was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ismael Poncio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 95th minute, Marcos Berdoi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atlético Atlanta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Chants of Aserradero FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Club Atlético Atlanta had held the ball for most of the match.
