Super Penalitop's Carlos Claris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peep Pronk in the 3rd minute of play. Fulgencio Eyague took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Villamediana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fulgencio Eyague made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Villamediana in the 13th minute of play. Alfred Pechal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Eyague having to interfere. Carlos Claris stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peep Pronk's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. AC LeX Luthor's Hermenegildo Ventura got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Naim Cheche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Peep Pronk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Claris having to make a save. Carlos Claris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peep Pronk in the 42nd minute of play. After having played for 43 minutes, Peep Pronk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC LeX Luthor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peep Pronk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Peep Pronk was the one to do the kick off. Alfred Pechal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind AC LeX Luthor's goalkeeper Fulgencio Eyague, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 65th match minute, Super Penalitop was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Naim Cheche to maneuver through the defense. Super Penalitop made a substitution. Anıl Mücahit Yatuk replaced Hernan Cresenciano. Super Penalitop's Mauricio Jaizki was substituted for Felipe Villamediana. Super Penalitop made a substitution. Jacob Dantas replaced Naim Cheche. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristide Ciuvică in the 84th minute of play forced Super Penalitop's goalkeeper Carlos Claris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robbe Snow hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. The supporters of AC LeX Luthor booed when Super Penalitop was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robbe Snow didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute of the match, Jacob Dantas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fulgencio Eyague saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 94th minute Zeledon Savion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Claris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
