Luganeros AFC's Gabriel Porfiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Saúl Menem in the 48th minute of play.

Luganeros AFC's Artemio Argoitz was substituted for Gary Bale. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Artemio Argoitz made a kick off.
