Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Timoteo Rufo started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Scofield getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Emilio Etxatxu hit a great ball. In the 5th minute, Xiboquinha FC's Franklin Mendes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Constantino Mel. Constantino Mel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Frédson Freire stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Timoteo Rufo's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute Emilio Etxatxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frédson Freire saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 17 minutes Xiboquinha FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Domingos Donio who took care of the corner kick. Juan Romero kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Cláudio Ramalho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Constantino Mel having to make a save. 21 minutes into the match, Scofield's goal looked a bit too open when Betão Vinhas came free, but Constantino Mel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd match minute, Scofield was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fermin Hotz to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Xiboquinha FC's Hélio Meireles slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Constantino Mel. That made the score 2-0 after 23 minutes of play. In the 26th minute, Franklin Mendes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Scofield's Emilio Etxatxu in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Xiboquinha FC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timoteo Rufo in the 31st minute of play forced Xiboquinha FC's goalkeeper Frédson Freire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Timoteo Rufo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Timoteo Rufo scored 2-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Frédson Freire, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 42nd minute, Emilio Etxatxu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frédson Freire was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Frédson Freire didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Timoteo Rufo went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. The first half was very even, with the score at 3-3 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hélio Meireles to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Scofield getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Maximiliano Enekoitz hit a great ball. In the 56th minute Emilio Etxatxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frédson Freire saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frédson Freire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timoteo Rufo, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 63 minutes into the match, Samuel Isaio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frédson Freire. Xiboquinha FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samuel Isaio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. In the 69th minute, Scofield's Emilio Etxatxu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Frédson Freire. Frédson Freire yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-5. Scofield's Lucas Birjaio was substituted for Timoteo Rufo. Frédson Freire stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teofilo Beliran's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Lucas Birjaio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Frédson Freire made a huge save. In the 91stth minute of the game Teofilo Beliran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Xiboquinha FC's Frédson Freire was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 92nd minute, Lucas Birjaio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Frédson Freire made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Lucas Birjaio sent off a good shot on target. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Scofield walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
