Eugenio Curcio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ciccio Bozzelli succeeded in the game's 18th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. After a rather tough play, Bangla Desh Fobal Club's Anacleto Aznaro got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Bangla Desh Fobal Club's José Carlos Mendonça proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Bangla Desh Fobal Club from getting a goal against them. In the 30th minute Eugenio Curcio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Cellucci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, Nejat Özoğuz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After taking down the ball on Bangla Desh Fobal Club's corner Geronimo Inautzi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Emilio Cellucci quite easily take care of the ball. José Carlos Mendonça showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nejat Özoğuz in the 57th minute of the match. José Carlos Mendonça stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felice Aceto's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. After a rather tough play, Bangla Desh Fobal Club's Maximino Xabel got a free kick in the 73rd minute. José Carlos Mendonça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciccio Bozzelli in the 74th minute of play. In the 88th minute Fortunato Iovine shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Carlos Mendonça saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Anacleto Aznaro fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bangla Desh Fobal Club's protests and gave Anacleto Aznaro a yellow card for diving instead. Bangla Desh Fobal Club's José Carlos Mendonça played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciccio Bozzelli in the 90th minute of play. Eugenio Curcio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Emilio Cellucci made a huge save. After 95 minutes of play, S.S.C. NAPOLI's Ciccio Bozzelli made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José Carlos Mendonça was left in no man's land by his defense there! There was no doubt that S.S.C. NAPOLI were the better team. S.S.C. NAPOLI's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
