When Cascade Park West's Amir Lee in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Afiz Teo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claude Joyner in the 23rd minute of play. Dario Wilhelm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Chan, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Didi Teo in the 34th minute of play forced Cascade Park West's goalkeeper Dario Wilhelm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 40 minutes into the game, when Farhan Ching put in a rough tackle. After 40 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Redbourn AFC! Dexter Benton placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Zafran Chuan kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Afiz Teo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claude Joyner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jamar Orlinsky in the 47th minute of play forced Redbourn AFC's goalkeeper Afiz Teo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Cascade Park West were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amir Lee stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jamar Orlinsky recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alexander Pieng fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Wilhelm having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Cascade Park West's Piotr Brzakala seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Piotr Brzakala the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Cascade Park West protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Piotr Brzakala had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Cascade Park West made a substitution. Isidro Singleton replaced Waldo Renteria. After 69 played minutes Cascade Park West got a freekick which was hit by Piotr Brzakala. Redbourn AFC's Afiz Teo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Redbourn AFC from getting a goal against them. With his leg Afiz Teo managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Cascade Park West's Isidro Singleton fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cascade Park West were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after Redbourn AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dexter Benton took the corner. After a rather tough play, Redbourn AFC's Zafran Chuan got a free kick in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Chan in the 91st minute of play forced Cascade Park West's goalkeeper Dario Wilhelm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Cascade Park West booed when Redbourn AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zafran Chuan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Cascade Park West supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cascade Park West would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
