In the 16th match minute, La Cosa Nostra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tytus Lepper to maneuver through the defense. Joel Delfino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pascual Bernat in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Otterlei in the 22nd minute of play forced Ernesto Guevara SyD's goalkeeper Salvador Gorosti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Beto Almada sped through La Cosa Nostra's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joel Delfino. After 33 played minutes Ernesto Guevara SyD got a freekick which was hit by Aquiles Mikolas. In the 38th minute, Hans Otterlei ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Salvador Gorosti was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Marcos Tirso took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joel Delfino. Joel Delfino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hans Otterlei in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Salvador Gorosti saved Ernesto Guevara SyD from getting behind. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hans Otterlei to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Ernesto Guevara SyD getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Pascual Bernat hit a great ball. Hans Otterlei's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Salvador Gorosti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, La Cosa Nostra's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Tirso came free, but Joel Delfino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Delfino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beto Almada in the 57th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Hans Otterlei had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Salvador Gorosti. Ernesto Guevara SyD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hans Otterlei was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Joel Delfino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pascual Bernat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the match, Ernesto Guevara SyD's goal looked a bit too open when Hans Otterlei came free, but Salvador Gorosti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salvador Gorosti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans Otterlei in the 76th minute of the match. Salvador Gorosti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Otterlei, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Joel Delfino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lionel Richie, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. La Cosa Nostra's Joel Delfino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lionel Richie in the 84th minute of play.
