Gogo Nicholas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Santana Armada when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 狄迪烽 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benicio Valentine, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Vancouver Reds's Santana Armada got control of the ball when Natalio De Mitri tried to sneak it across the goal line. Santana Armada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Honesto, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leon Honesto in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santana Armada saved Vancouver Reds from getting behind. Santana Armada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiago Vieira in the 32nd minute of the match. Vancouver Reds's Santana Armada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Vancouver Reds from getting a goal against them. In the 35th minute, Saverio Niva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 37th minute Saverio Niva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 狄迪烽 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santana Armada made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Gogo Nicholas sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benicio Valentine in the 39th minute of play forced Tres Lomas FC's goalkeeper 狄迪烽 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wiliam Xavier during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wiliam Xavier kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Santana Armada was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Vancouver Reds getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Victor Krum hit a great ball. 78 minutes into the match, Tres Lomas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Ferdinand came free, but 狄迪烽 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Tiago Vieira fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick.
