Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hermengildo Jobo started the match with the kick off. Kaupo Ojakäär charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kaupo Ojakäär the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Harku Devils's Kaupo Ojakäär got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Riho Märjamaa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind UFC STEAUA's goalkeeper Basarab Mâinea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Hermengildo Jobo came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the UFC STEAUA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hermengildo Jobo couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Priit Lond kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Basarab Mâinea. That made the score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. Ervin Hellenurm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nistor Fenici, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arto Alasoo hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Ervin Hellenurm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Jobo in the 21st minute of play. Alexandru Caloian's late challenge caught a Harku Devils's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexandru Caloian helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to UFC STEAUA getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Alexandru Caloian hit a great ball. Priit Lond who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Basarab Mâinea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Priit Lond struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Basarab Mâinea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Harku Devils. The supporters of UFC STEAUA booed when Harku Devils was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Riho Märjamaa didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 46 in the game by Priit Lond from a close distance when the talented Basarab Mâinea managed to make a qualified save. UFC STEAUA's players were relieved. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Priit Lond made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Bernhard Laev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Harku Devils's goalkeeper Ervin Hellenurm, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 54thth minute of the game Priit Lond who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UFC STEAUA's Basarab Mâinea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nistor Fenici in the 56th minute of play forced Harku Devils's goalkeeper Ervin Hellenurm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ervin Hellenurm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Jobo in the 58th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Hermengildo Jobo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ervin Hellenurm was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Basarab Mâinea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Priit Lond in the 64th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Priit Lond in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Basarab Mâinea saved UFC STEAUA from getting behind. In the 67th minute, Rein Anton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hermengildo Jobo struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. After 81 minutes of play, UFC STEAUA's Hermengildo Jobo made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ervin Hellenurm was left in no man's land by his defense there! Harku Devils's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Hermengildo Jobo scored to the left of an out of position Ervin Hellenurm, making the score, 2-5. When Priit Lond came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Harku Devils fans jumped to their feet. When Harku Devils's Meelis Laadi in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UFC STEAUA's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mugur Nisipeanu in the 94th managed to get into a good position. In the 97th match minute, Harku Devils was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kalev Neemre to maneuver through the defense. UFC STEAUA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
