When Aris Voutsas fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ΠΑΟΚ FC's protests and gave Aris Voutsas a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to ΠΑΟΚ FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Aris Voutsas hit a great ball. In the 20th minute of the match Paulo Dibala shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ermis Chatzis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucas Langoni made a kick off. The audience was convinced that James Saralegui's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ermis Chatzis was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Makis Tselementes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Severino Pacho made a huge save. Severino Pacho made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Thomas Papagiotopoulos sent off a good shot on target. Themos Stamelos was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 57 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Suipacha FC's Paulo Dibala got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 78th minute, James Saralegui made a precise shot to the right of Ermis Chatzis. ΠΑΟΚ FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Suipacha FC made a substitution. Angelino Hegoi replaced Paulo Dibala. Lucas Langoni hit a great ball. Thomas Papagiotopoulos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Severino Pacho made a huge save. ΠΑΟΚ FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
