An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Elazar in the 7th minute of play forced SIWUCHA 07's goalkeeper Gilbert Mochadlo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Başar Öztarhan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tatang Setiadi's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Simon Örtlund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Başar Öztarhan made a huge save. After some careless play in the SIWUCHA 07 defense, Serafino Urko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gilbert Mochadlo. The SIWUCHA 07 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gilbert Mochadlo should have stopped the shot. Başar Öztarhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tatang Setiadi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Flores took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilbert Mochadlo. Gilbert Mochadlo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Simon Örtlund's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Başar Öztarhan firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 41st minute José Flores shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Mochadlo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Granville's Başar Öztarhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Örtlund in the 42nd minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Generoso Eder was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Granville's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SIWUCHA 07 the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Granville:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SIWUCHA 07:s goal. After 49 minutes Granville's goalkeeper Başar Öztarhan managed, with a little bit of luck, save Adam Gullemann's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. In the 49th minute, Adam Gullemann reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Başar Öztarhan. The goal made the score 2-2. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mauro Elazar made a kick off. Başar Öztarhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Dres in the 54th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Granville's zone, Adam Gullemann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Başar Öztarhan came out of the goal and Adam Gullemann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 59 minutes into the match, Granville's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Dres came free, but Başar Öztarhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilbert Mochadlo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Elazar in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Igor Dres made a precise shot to the right of Başar Öztarhan. Granville's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. SIWUCHA 07 made a substitution. Gilbert Mochadlo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafino Urko, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 106th minute of the match Granville got a corner. SIWUCHA 07's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Serafino Urko ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Granville's Serafino Urko to fire away a dangerous shot which Gilbert Mochadlo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 109th minute Tatang Setiadi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Başar Öztarhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Başar Öztarhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tatang Setiadi in the 109th minute of play. 114 minutes into the game, Mate Us threw the ball into play from the sideline. Granville's Lucio Eskuin quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Both teams seemed ready to fight when Granville's Gómez Cruzado did the kick off and started the second half in the overtime. Gilbert Mochadlo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gómez Cruzado in the 121st minute. In the 122nd minute, Serafino Urko made a precise shot to the right of Gilbert Mochadlo. SIWUCHA 07's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Granville had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
