After 6 minutes of play, Lobos de Carelia's Zeca Fernandez made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pastor Valery was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zeca Fernandez in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pastor Valery saved Capdevilla from getting behind. Lobos de Carelia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ismael Tauro in the 11th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Capdevilla fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 12th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Lobos de Carelia a penalty, 14 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Adolfo Gombal, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Capdevilla's Pastor Valery. 0-2. Capdevilla's Pastor Valery played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeca Fernandez in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Gabriel Efraim made a precise shot to the right of Pastor Valery. Capdevilla's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Pastor Valery showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeca Fernandez in the 24th minute of the match. Eusebio Rios kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Marcelo Barovero was a little too slow when Miguel Diagur got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 1-3. Marcelo Barovero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miguel Diagur in the 37th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Rodrigo Evis in the 43rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Lobos de Carelia's Cleto Confesor. After 45 played minutes Lobos de Carelia got a freekick which was hit by Cleto Confesor. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miguel Diagur to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Lobos de Carelia's Gabriel Efraim sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pastor Valery narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeca Fernandez got free with Pastor Valery in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adolfo Dolfo struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Marcelo Barovero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Capdevilla. Capdevilla's Hilario Domeka was substituted for Albano Francho. 63 minutes into the game, Miguel Diagur cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Marcelo Barovero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zeca Fernandezs short, quick shot in the 66thth minute got Pastor Valery to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Capdevilla's Pastor Valery proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Capdevilla from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Capdevilla's Pastor Valery got control of the ball when Eusebio Rios tried to sneak it across the goal line. 78 minutes into the game, Eusebio Rios was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lobos de Carelia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Capdevilla the free kick. A collision led to Lobos de Carelia getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Eusebio Rios hit a great ball. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Capdevilla's goalkeeper Pastor Valery, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zeca Fernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Pastor Valery tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Capdevilla's Miguel Diagur got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Lobos de Carelia had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
