Re Loco's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nicolás González in the 22nd minute. Re Loco's Nicolás González was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pankracy Glogowski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 24 minutes into the game, Celso Lalla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Pankracy Glogowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Re Loco's Arne Rusterholz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şevket Çağa in the 27th minute of play. Arne Rusterholz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Berdoi in the 29th minute of play. Arne Rusterholz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Berdoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Pankracy Glogowski made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Celso Lalla sent off a good shot on target. In the 34th minute Celso Lalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Benigno Abreu got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 58th minute, Şevket Çağa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Re Loco made a substitution. Carles Artadi replaced Nicolás González. Re Loco's Mateusz Sakowicz was substituted for Celso Lalla. Şevket Çağa hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Club Atlético Atlanta's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Hermengildo Erroman kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Pankracy Glogowski came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Re Loco's Gonzalo Fresco. But to his dismay, Gonzalo Fresco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Club Atlético Atlanta's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
