Piratas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Spyros Zacharioudakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kryspin Degutis hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After 15 minutes Piratas FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pablo Innocenzio who took care of the corner kick. A throw-in in the 25th minute of the game was made by Kryspin Degutis with Czeslaw Bochynski as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 27 minutes into the game, Silvestre Janpier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Piratas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ the free kick. Silvestre Janpier kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Yin Wei Yi scored 0-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Raimond Lenk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 32nd minute, Yin Wei Yi made a precise shot to the right of Raimond Lenk. Piratas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Yin Wei Yi sped through Piratas FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Raimond Lenk. The C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in Piratas FC's zone, Yin Wei Yi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raimond Lenk came out of the goal and Yin Wei Yi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yin Wei Yi was the one to do the kick off. Yin Wei Yi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Raimond Lenk made a huge save. Yin Wei Yi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimond Lenk having to interfere. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's attentive Tadeo Rolado managed to snatch the ball when Czeslaw Bochynski made a throw-in in the 58th minute of the game. In the 59th minute Yin Wei Yi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimond Lenk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Teodosio Montes was substituted for Yin Wei Yi. Czeslaw Bochynski got a throw-in 62 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Angelo Rolado. After having played for 63 minutes, Constantino Idacio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Raimond Lenk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Seber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Piratas FC's Czeslaw Bochynski got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Piratas FC's Raimond Lenk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Piratas FC from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Teodosio Montes took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Raimond Lenk to make any attempt to save it. In the 89th minute, Teodosio Montes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Raimond Lenk. The goal made the score 0-8. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodosio Montes got free with Raimond Lenk in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teodosio Montes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 96thth minute, Raimond Lenk skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
