Stone City's Slawomir Michalski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Lucas in the 8th minute of play. If Luís Gustavo de Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 14th minute of the match, Esteve Lando tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Slawomir Michalski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Daniël Isla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Gustavo de Amaral in the 16th minute of play. After some careless play in the αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ defense, Luís Gustavo de Amaral kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniël Isla. The αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniël Isla should have stopped the shot. Daniël Isla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Peru, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After a rather tough play, Stone City's Prospero Jacob got a free kick in the 20th minute. The supporters of αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ booed when Stone City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albert Bocklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by Stone City's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marko Blixt was slow to take the kick. During this time αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ's players had a chance to rest. Esteve Lando was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Slawomir Michalski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteve Lando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Stone City getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Marcelo Fero hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Gustavo de Amaral in the 34th minute of play forced αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ's goalkeeper Daniël Isla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Slawomir Michalski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filomeno Bladi in the 36th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Esteve Lando ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Slawomir Michalski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Bladi in the 51st minute of play forced Stone City's goalkeeper Slawomir Michalski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute George Lucas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Slawomir Michalski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
