The Frontera AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Agustín Rossi should have stopped the shot. Azul Y Plomo's Zacarias Cabrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvestre Cisco in the 12th minute of play. Agustín Rossi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hector Bobis went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felix Torres during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Felix Torres hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Azul Y Plomo's Zacarias Cabrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvestre Cisco in the 17th minute of play. Fabian Jaroszewicz made in the 20th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Silvestre Cisco immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benigno Su in the 22nd minute of play forced Azul Y Plomo's goalkeeper Zacarias Cabrero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Frontera AFC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Lucas Iraido hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Irakliy Belov in the 27th minute of play forced Azul Y Plomo's goalkeeper Zacarias Cabrero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute Silvestre Cisco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Cabrero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zacarias Cabrero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benigno Su, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hector Bobis in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Agustín Rossi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Azul Y Plomo's Felix Torres quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Celso Betadur, made in the 40th minute of the game. Zacarias Cabrero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvestre Cisco in the 41st minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Azul Y Plomo's Hector Bobis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Agustín Rossi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Zacarias Cabrero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvestre Cisco, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Frontera AFC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Azul Y Plomo had won, even though Frontera AFC had held more of the ball.
