NeW York CitY CopS were furious when David Joanes was red carded, 17 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in NeW York CitY CopS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 17th minute. Penalty! Iason Plexioudas had in the 19thth minute some difficulties stopping Monte Susanin's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The throw-in from Rolando Frascuelo in the 21st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by The Old Boys's Aquilino Elodio. Daniel Moura recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 33 minutes into the match, NeW York CitY CopS's goal looked a bit too open when 杨宁卫 came free, but Iason Plexioudas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in 杨宁卫 almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but NeW York CitY CopS's Iason Plexioudas did a great save. Iason Plexioudas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monte Susanin, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 杨宁卫 kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Javi Milei hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. NeW York CitY CopS's Iason Plexioudas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monte Susanin in the 40th minute of play. The throw-in from Rolando Frascuelo in the 45th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by The Old Boys's 杨宁卫. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a rather tough play, NeW York CitY CopS's Javi Milei got a free kick in the 55th minute. The supporters of The Old Boys booed when NeW York CitY CopS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Domiku didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute Angelo Muno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iason Plexioudas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Paulino Sayvion made a precise shot to the right of Iason Plexioudas. NeW York CitY CopS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Angelo Muno really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Iason Plexioudas made an important save on a dangerous shot by 杨宁卫 in the 84th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Angelo Muno in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iason Plexioudas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paulino Sayvion came free with the goalkeeper in the 87th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Iason Plexioudas could save by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as The Old Boys's Steven Durin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Iason Plexioudas. That made the score 0-5 after 88 minutes of play. 91 minutes into the match, NeW York CitY CopS's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Muno came free, but Iason Plexioudas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iason Plexioudas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 杨宁卫, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulino Sayvion received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Iason Plexioudas came out and tried to block the shot, but Paulino Sayvion slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 94th minute. 100 minutes into the match, 杨宁卫 notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of NeW York CitY CopS's Iason Plexioudas. Iason Plexioudas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
