The supporters of Gärsnäs BF booed when Brazil Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar de Queiroz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute, Gärsnäs BF's Fred Lindell ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kaká Santos. Kaká Santos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Joel Wall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar de Queiroz in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Nando Quadros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brazil Academy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Vítor Prata in the 16th minute of play forced Gärsnäs BF's goalkeeper Joel Wall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rubinho Azevedo charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rubinho Azevedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Brazil Academy getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Rubinho Azevedo hit a great ball. 19 minutes into the game, Oscar de Queiroz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brazil Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gärsnäs BF the free kick. Joel Wall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nando Quadros in the 27th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar de Queiroz in the 32nd minute of play forced Gärsnäs BF's goalkeeper Joel Wall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tobias Jönsson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kaká Santos came out and tried to block the shot, but Tobias Jönsson slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 37th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 45th minute of the game. One of Brazil Academy:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gärsnäs BF:s goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paulão de Souza to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Paulão de Souza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joel Wall. That made the score 3-3 in the 57 minute of play. 63 minutes into the game, Mikael Arvidsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gärsnäs BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brazil Academy the free kick. In the 63rd minute, Mikael Arvidsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulão de Souza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Joel Wall came out and tried to block the shot, but Paulão de Souza slotted it home off the left post making it 3-4 in the 66th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nando Quadros got free with Joel Wall in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rickard Ugla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fred Lindell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Kaká Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Gärsnäs BF defense, José Vítor Prata kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joel Wall. The Gärsnäs BF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joel Wall should have stopped the shot. When Paulão de Souza fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brazil Academy's protests and gave Paulão de Souza a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Brazil Academy's Paulão de Souza got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd match minute, Gärsnäs BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stig-Ove Bengtsson to maneuver through the defense. The Gärsnäs BF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Brazil Academy's performance. The match ended with a win for Brazil Academy.
