The crowd rose to their feet as LE TALADRO F.C's Martin Cordarrell slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Orlando Dante. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. Téo Tinoco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 11 minutes into the match, Téo Tinoco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jimmy Brouard. LE TALADRO F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Téo Tinoco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. A collision led to Montesclarense E.C. getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Juvenal Gaúcho hit a great ball. Orlando Dante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicky Larson in the 19th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Martin Cordarrell got free with Orlando Dante in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Montesclarense E.C.'s Orlando Dante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicky Larson in the 26th minute of play. Zula Bronder scored 2-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Orlando Dante, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Orlando Dante made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when José Smadja sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th minute, Nicolas Sousa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Montesclarense E.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After some careless play in the LE TALADRO F.C defense, Nicolas Sousa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jimmy Brouard. The LE TALADRO F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jimmy Brouard should have stopped the shot. Montesclarense E.C.'s Orlando Dante proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Montesclarense E.C. from getting a goal against them. Orlando Dante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicky Larson in the 46th minute of the match. After 47 played minutes Martin Cordarrell rounded Montesclarense E.C.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-3. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Téo Tinoco to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee felt a red card was in order, 54 minutes into the game, when Jean-Marc Rieffel put in a rough tackle. Jimmy Brouard had in the 56thth minute some difficulties stopping Roberto Melo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicky Larson in the 63rd minute of play forced Montesclarense E.C.'s goalkeeper Orlando Dante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute Téo Tinoco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimmy Brouard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th minute, Téo Tinoco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Téo Tinoco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Montesclarense E.C.'s Orlando Dante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicky Larson in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Montesclarense E.C.'s goalkeeper Orlando Dante, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wilson do Nascimento hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After 79 played minutes LE TALADRO F.C got a freekick which was hit by Thomas Courrier. Nicky Larson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Dante having to interfere. Jimmy Brouard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Téo Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 85 minutes, Téo Tinoco made it 3-4 with a short kick to the right side. LE TALADRO F.C's Jimmy Brouard tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 88 minutes into the match, LE TALADRO F.C's goalkeeper Jimmy Brouard had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicolas Sousa. After a rather tough play, LE TALADRO F.C's Thomas Courrier got a free kick in the 90th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Téo Tinoco kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jimmy Brouard. That made the score 3-5 in the 92 minute of play. If Nicky Larson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Montesclarense E.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
