A collision led to Elderslie Magpies getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Burns Muller hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 7 minutes, Aden Couzens successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Stelian Murgu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stelian Murgu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Aden Couzens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Steven Chaptal in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ovidiu Caranfil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 14 minutes into the match, Club Vertigo's goal looked a bit too open when Rick Souness came free, but Ovidiu Caranfil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute, Burns Muller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aden Couzens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stelian Murgu's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Stelian Murgu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Aden Couzens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aden Couzens didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Well-Well Benne went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Ovidiu Caranfil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steven Chaptal in the 36th minute of play. Aden Couzens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Well-Well Benne, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Aden Couzens made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Well-Well Benne sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Well-Well Benne in the 48th minute of play forced Elderslie Magpies's goalkeeper Aden Couzens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aden Couzens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Well-Well Benne in the 59th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Well-Well Benne's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aden Couzens was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Club Vertigo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Well-Well Benne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by Elderslie Magpies's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Emilian Moți was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Vertigo's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Ysmael Celerain managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 94 minutes into the match, Elderslie Magpies's goal looked a bit too open when Well-Well Benne came free, but Aden Couzens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Club Vertigo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
