Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nicolas Sousa kicked off to start the match. In the 5th match minute, Montesclarense E.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mazinho Barral to maneuver through the defense. Sílvio Saldanha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Montesclarense E.C.'s zone, Sílvio Saldanha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Orlando Dante came out of the goal and Sílvio Saldanha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 10th minute, Leonardo Mineiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Oswaldo Vasconcelos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Montesclarense E.C.'s Orlando Dante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Saldanha in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Montesclarense E.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ediberto Xavier was slow to take the kick. During this time Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's players had a chance to rest. Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Ediberto Xavier was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Orlando Dante in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Oswaldo Vasconcelos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Montesclarense E.C.'s Nicolas Sousa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Oswaldo Vasconcelos. That made the score 1-0 after 18 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Montesclarense E.C.'s Roberto Melo got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Leonardo Antunes took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orlando Dante. Orlando Dante dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 32 minutes into the match, Nicolas Sousa notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Oswaldo Vasconcelos. Oswaldo Vasconcelos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Oswaldo Vasconcelos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Sousa in the 39th minute of play. Nicolas Sousa scored 3-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oswaldo Vasconcelos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Montesclarense E.C.'s Wilson do Nascimento got a free kick in the 43rd minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bruno Souza to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Leonardo Mineiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Sousa in the 53rd minute of play forced Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Oswaldo Vasconcelos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chiquinho de Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Genílson Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. If Luciano Quintal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Orlando Dante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Souza in the 67th minute of the match. In the 67th match minute, Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laerte Cunha to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute, Bruno Souza made a precise shot to the right of Orlando Dante. Montesclarense E.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Orlando Dante made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sílvio Saldanha in the 82nd minute. The corner led Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Sílvio Saldanha to fire away a dangerous shot which Orlando Dante despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Orlando Dante made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bruno Souza in the 88th minute. Nicolas Sousa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Oswaldo Vasconcelos came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Montesclarense E.C.'s Nicolas Sousa. But to his dismay, Nicolas Sousa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. Montesclarense E.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
