Montesclarense E.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Flamengo FSCMZ the free kick. After 17 played minutes Montesclarense E.C. got a freekick which was hit by Kauan Guerra. In the 18th minute of the match Şensoy Peyam sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Orlando Dante skillfully saved the ball. When Erling Haaland came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Flamengo FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erling Haaland couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Flamengo FSCMZ booed when Montesclarense E.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fellipe dos Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute Betinho Messias suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 27 minutes of play Montesclarense E.C.'s Fellipe dos Santos was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Flamengo FSCMZ's Edvaldo Pena was substituted for Betinho Messias. Fellipe dos Santos hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 36 minutes into the match, Flamengo FSCMZ's Best Gol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Orlando Dante narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, Montesclarense E.C.'s goalkeeper Orlando Dante had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erling Haaland. In the 41st minute, Nicolas Sousa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Orlando Dante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edvaldo Pena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 47 minutes into the match, Montesclarense E.C.'s goalkeeper Orlando Dante had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erling Haaland. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erling Haaland to make the kick off. After 55 minutes of play, Montesclarense E.C.'s Nicolas Sousa made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruninho Montenegro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Montesclarense E.C.'s Guilherme Marinho quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alfredo Senna, made in the 61st minute of the game. Nicolas Sousa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Bruninho Montenegro made a huge save. 67 minutes into the match, Best Gol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Orlando Dante. Montesclarense E.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Best Gol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Montesclarense E.C.'s Orlando Dante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erling Haaland in the 75th minute of play. Orlando Dante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Erik Harman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orlando Dante came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Flamengo FSCMZ's Sven-Erik Harman. But to his dismay, Sven-Erik Harman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Orlando Dante didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erling Haaland went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erling Haaland in the 87th minute of play forced Montesclarense E.C.'s goalkeeper Orlando Dante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes in the game Şensoy Peyam did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Best Gol.
