Antoni Walaszkiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernandinho Correia, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Amaraji's Otávio Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofil Rzegotka in the 12th minute of play. Teofil Rzegotka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Otávio Salgado having to interfere. If Abe Habenicht had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Abe Habenicht took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Otávio Salgado to make any attempt to save it. If Fernandinho Correia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute Abe Habenicht shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otávio Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Otávio Salgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofil Rzegotka in the 36th minute of the match. After 37 played minutes Amaraji got a freekick which was hit by Giovani Breckenfeld. Marco Amaral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 39th minute of the game. One of Amaraji:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Śląsk Katowice:s goal. Dênis Luz made in the 44th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Dino Jacinto immediately put the ball in play. Teofil Rzegotka was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 46th minute. Śląsk Katowice's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teofil Rzegotka during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 46th match minute, Śląsk Katowice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofil Rzegotka to maneuver through the defense.

The wind increased when Teofil Rzegotka made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Amaraji's goal looked a bit too open when Abe Habenicht came free, but Otávio Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Marek Bronicki put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Otávio Salgado. Serafim Velasco charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serafim Velasco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Serafim Velasco kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Marek Bronicki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Otávio Salgado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
