In the 29th minute, Albin Lavandero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 35th minute, João Pedro Vargas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aldo Berart made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Túlio Breckenfeld sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Athletic Club Larrondo's Pere Simaverti got a free kick in the 41st minute. Robinho Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Hugo Trumbull in the 45th minute of play.

The wind increased when Thiago Vidal made the kick off in the second half. Fabinho de Senna kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 56th minute Lucas Paraíba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Berart saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Paraíba in the 57th minute of play forced Athletic Club Larrondo's goalkeeper Aldo Berart to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Athletic Club Larrondo's Aldo Berart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Paraíba in the 57th minute of play. Honorato Argomedo lost his temper 93 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Honorato Argomedo kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. In the 95th minute Pedrinho Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Berart saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Athletic Club Larrondo walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
