EL COCO's Marcial Dantel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Manuel Peres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Siim Kikas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Hechter in the 47th minute of the match.

A collision led to De Gulden Draak getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Fox Abendroth hit a great ball. Siim Kikas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Astrada in the 57th minute of play. EL COCO's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Benjamin Lohitzun in the 59th minute. The corner led EL COCO's Benjamin Lohitzun to fire away a dangerous shot which Siim Kikas despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a rather tough play, EL COCO's Benjamin Lohitzun got a free kick in the 61st minute. After some careless play in the EL COCO defense, Manuel Peres kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcial Dantel. The EL COCO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcial Dantel should have stopped the shot. EL COCO's Marcial Dantel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Peres in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, Manuel Peres recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcial Dantel. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manuel Peres in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcial Dantel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Carolo Llorenc's late challenge caught a De Gulden Draak's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carolo Llorenc helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of De Gulden Draak booed when EL COCO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carolo Llorenc didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcial Dantel made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Wigalf Lilleike sent off a good shot on target. In the 83rd match minute, EL COCO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Xabat to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute Marco Astrada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siim Kikas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, EL COCO's Isidro Inko got a free kick in the 92nd minute. When the match was over De Gulden Draak could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than EL COCO throughout the match.
