Qiu Xi Wen made a great header on Solskin's corner, it was just that FC MCM's Manuel Tufescu managed to reach the ball for a save. Per Gadd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Tufescu having to interfere. After the first half Solskin were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
