Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the CA Boca Jrs defense, 邓昆烽 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diego Tassotti. The CA Boca Jrs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diego Tassotti should have stopped the shot. The supporters of CA Boca Jrs booed when Expresso Ranelagh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Isaio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enrico Ingegno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Hu Chao Hai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Brandon Uchiha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CA Boca Jrs's Ermanno Del Duca was substituted for Dino Verdini. After a rather tough play, Expresso Ranelagh's Brandon Uchiha got a free kick in the 48th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cristiano Marzulli was the one to do the kick off. Diego Tassotti came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Expresso Ranelagh's 邓昆烽. But to his dismay, 邓昆烽 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. CA Boca Jrs's Aurelio Scirea was substituted for Ferdinando Anelli. When 邓昆烽 came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Expresso Ranelagh fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 邓昆烽 couldn't finish the play. Expresso Ranelagh's Erki Uba was substituted for Tomasz Gorzkiewicz. Diego Tassotti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Gorbea, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Hu Chao Hai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrico Ingegno in the 78th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Expresso Ranelagh had won after a very even match.
