An unexpectedly hard shot by Hasta Alfonso in the 3rd minute of play forced Fractal FC's goalkeeper Gerardo Filipo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sakarias Berggren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Moises Iago's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Fractal FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Baldomiro Kusko in the 9th minute. The corner ended in Moises Iago almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Glentown FC's Sakarias Berggren did a great save. The supporters of Fractal FC booed when Glentown FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andreas Johansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute, Hasta Alfonso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gerardo Filipo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Gerardo Palomar made in the 18th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Natalio Txatxu immediately put the ball in play. After some careless play in the Fractal FC defense, Hasta Alfonso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gerardo Filipo. The Fractal FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gerardo Filipo should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo Norberg in the 23rd minute of play forced Fractal FC's goalkeeper Gerardo Filipo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerardo Filipo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hasta Alfonso's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. In the 32nd minute of the match Glentown FC got a corner. Fractal FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Andreas Johansson ran over to the corner to take the kick. Glentown FC's Andreas Johansson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gerardo Filipo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Hasta Alfonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sakarias Berggren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natalio Txatxu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moises Iago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Sakarias Berggren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ronaldinho Miguel in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gerardo Filipo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gerardo Filipo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldinho Miguel in the 55th minute of play. With a little luck, Fractal FC's Gerardo Filipo got control of the ball when Amanda Cabello tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gerardo Filipo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldinho Miguel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Ronaldinho Miguel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Glentown FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronaldinho Miguel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gerardo Filipo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gerardo Filipo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ronaldinho Miguel went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Gustaf Allbom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Gerardo Filipo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gerardo Filipo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldinho Miguel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 80 minutes Fractal FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Andreas Johansson who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Gustaf Allbom got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gerardo Filipo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 82nd match minute, Fractal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Iago to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fractal FC's goalkeeper Gerardo Filipo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gustaf Allbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Filipo having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Ove Skålberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute Moises Iago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sakarias Berggren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ove Skålberg hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Natalio Txatxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sakarias Berggren having to interfere.

The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Glentown FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
