Santa Santa charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santa Santa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 2 played minutes The Northmen Army got a freekick which was hit by Santa Santa. Nigel Need showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santa Santa in the 4th minute of the match. Ulysses Baldwin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Nigel Need tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8th minute, Jörgen Åström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Vennerlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danny Eising in the 8th minute of play. Nigel Need was a little too slow when Vicco Oolo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 10th minute. The score was now 1-0. SV Wissenkerke's Jelle Caluwé quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Tobias Arias, made in the 13th minute of the game. An unexpected shot in the 15th minute by Vicco Oolo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Nigel Need took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulysses Baldwin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Ulysses Baldwin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nigel Need, 2-0. Ulysses Baldwin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 36 minutes into the match, SV Wissenkerke's goal looked a bit too open when Ulysses Baldwin came free, but Nigel Need reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes in the game Carel Drent did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Danny Eising. After a rather tough play, The Northmen Army's Luisão França got a free kick in the 40th minute. The Northmen Army's Santa Santa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Carel Drent in the 42 minute of the game. After 46 minutes, Ulysses Baldwin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Northmen Army and the SV Wissenkerke players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 46 played minutes The Northmen Army got a freekick which was hit by Ulysses Baldwin. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Danny Eising made a kick off. Ulysses Baldwin scored 4-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nigel Need, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 58 minutes, Freek Lange mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SV Wissenkerke and the The Northmen Army players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, SV Wissenkerke's Freek Lange got a free kick in the 58th minute. A collision led to SV Wissenkerke getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Freek Lange hit a great ball. Ulysses Baldwin took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nigel Need. Nigel Need dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. The Northmen Army made a substitution. Nicko Kličko replaced Vicco Oolo. Nicko Kličko might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nigel Need. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicko Kličko ran back to his position shaking his head. If Ulysses Baldwin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack Siepel in the 76th minute of play forced The Northmen Army's goalkeeper Tomas Vennerlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maurits den Hartog during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 84th minute Nicko Kličko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nigel Need saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to SV Wissenkerke getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Danny Eising hit a great ball. After 87th play minutes Nicko Kličko shot 7-0, a short shot which went by Nigel Need and just under the crossbar into goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicko Kličko in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nigel Need saved SV Wissenkerke from getting behind. 93 minutes into the match, The Northmen Army's goalkeeper Tomas Vennerlund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jack Siepel. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. The Northmen Army had played much better football throughout.
