With a couple of smart ball manuevers Umberto Dionísio in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Corneliu Vulpăşin saved Unicorns ™ from getting behind. After 9 minutes, Anísio Alagoano made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Unicorns ™'s Corneliu Vulpăşin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Corneliu Vulpăşin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anísio Alagoano in the 12th minute of the match. After 13 minutes, Umberto Dionísio made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Unicorns ™'s Corneliu Vulpăşin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 24 minutes into the game, Castanheiro SC's Anísio Alagoano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alex Răduț made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anísio Alagoano in the 53rd minute of play forced Unicorns ™'s goalkeeper Corneliu Vulpăşin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Unicorns ™'s Corneliu Vulpăşin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Unicorns ™ from getting a goal against them. Umberto Dionísio scored 0-5 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Corneliu Vulpăşin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Castanheiro SC's Marcelo Eger was substituted for Magno Pereira. Benedito Mineiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Corneliu Vulpăşin made a huge save. Alex Răduț hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute, Eusebiu Ştiubei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Corneliu Vulpăşin came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Castanheiro SC's Umberto Dionísio. But to his dismay, Umberto Dionísio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Castanheiro SC's Mauro Sarmento was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 83rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 87th minute Umberto Dionísio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corneliu Vulpăşin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Benedito Mineiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Corneliu Vulpăşin was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. When Castanheiro SC's Mauro Sarmento in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Castanheiro SC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
