After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Palle Irø managed to get in a good position for a shot. Couto Mixto F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Palle Irø was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 45th minute Manuel De la Rosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Pedro Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adriano Tepedino made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Matías Recife during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 51st match minute, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matías Recife to maneuver through the defense. 57 minutes into the match, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalkeeper José Pedro Donatello had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Igor Valdivia.
