The supporters of Riquelme 10 booed when Palermo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Astudillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Palermo AFC were furious when Anselmo Astudillo was red carded, 5 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 5th minute, one of Palermo AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Palermo AFC. Leo Transito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Barto, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. If Elias Barto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elias Barto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th minute Cirilo Bastiaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Israel Betadur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leo Transito came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Palermo AFC's Marcelino Polentzi. But to his dismay, Marcelino Polentzi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 27th play minutes Elias Barto shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Leo Transito and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 34th minute Elias Barto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Transito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Palermo AFC's Mauricio Ur ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Leo Transito. Leo Transito yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. Leo Transito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauricio Ur in the 40th minute of play. The supporters of Riquelme 10 booed when Palermo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godofredo Gabon didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 45 played minutes, Riquelme 10's Cayetano Martxel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Israel Betadur came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Riquelme 10 reached it. The supporters of Palermo AFC booed when Riquelme 10 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roque Ladio didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cirilo Bastiaro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Israel Betadur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Americo Behe, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Marcelino Polentzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Americo Behe in the 63rd minute of play forced Palermo AFC's goalkeeper Israel Betadur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elias Barto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Leo Transito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Israel Betadur was a little too slow when Americo Behe got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 3-2. Israel Betadur made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Segundo Guillerme sent off a good shot on target. Leo Transito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelino Polentzi in the 79th minute of play. After 81st play minutes Mauricio Ur shot 4-2, a short shot which went by Leo Transito and just under the crossbar into goal. Riquelme 10's German Caitano was substituted for Cirilo Bastiaro. Elias Barto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leo Transito read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Riquelme 10's Leo Transito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelino Polentzi in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the game, Palermo AFC's Mauricio Ur nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leo Transito made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. In the 95th minute, Riquelme 10's Americo Behe dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-3. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Palermo AFC fully deserved thier win.
