The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Frederico Mendonça during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Guará FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Frederico Mendonça hit a great ball. The supporters of Froghino booed when Guará FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlinhos Pontes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute, David Vencl ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jânio Furlan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Eliáš Kotek made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Angelo Mendes sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Angelo Mendes during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Guará FC's Erlingur Haaland got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 21 minutes into the game, Diamantino de Lara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Eliáš Kotek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Froghino's Tobiáš Valčík got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Jânio Furlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baturay Sungur in the 27th minute of play. After 28 played minutes Froghino got a freekick which was hit by Adam Kunovský. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Vencl in the 35th minute of play forced Guará FC's goalkeeper Jânio Furlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lauro Rosado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliáš Kotek having to interfere. Frederico Mendonça was shown his second yellow card after 39 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Frederico Mendonça kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Carlinhos Pontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Eliáš Kotek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guará FC's Jânio Furlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Václav Hříbek in the 45th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Angelo Mendes to make the kick off. Eliáš Kotek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Eliáš Kotek came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Guará FC's Angelo Mendes. But to his dismay, Angelo Mendes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lauro Rosado during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th minute of the match, Václav Hříbek tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jânio Furlan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jânio Furlan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Václav Hříbek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Mendes in the 65th minute of play forced Froghino's goalkeeper Eliáš Kotek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Vencl who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Jânio Furlan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Eliáš Kotek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Mendes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliáš Kotek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 76th minute of the match, Václav Hříbek tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jânio Furlan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 82 minutes into the match, Guará FC's goalkeeper Jânio Furlan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Vencl. Eusébio Cavalcante kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Danilo Pena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Vencl who after having made a long run got a chance for a shot on goal. Despite a couple of nice moves Jânio Furlan's wasn't to be fooled and made an easy save when David Vencl was beeing forced to shoot. After 94 minutes Guará FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was David Vencl who took care of the corner kick.
