The audience thought a goal was coming when Jakub Kloczko got free with Artemio Tohias in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 9th minute, Zdzislaw Tyski reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Artemio Tohias. The goal made the score 1-0. Kryspin Michna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudinei de Barros in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC POLMOTOR TCZEW's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jorge Mangueira was slow to take the kick. During this time Clube Atlético Luziense's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Jorge Mangueira got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kryspin Michna quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 17 minutes into the match, FC POLMOTOR TCZEW's goal looked a bit too open when Sidnei Silva came free, but Kryspin Michna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute Sidnei Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kryspin Michna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudinei de Barros in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kryspin Michna prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Amauri Soeiro charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Clube Atlético Luziense's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Wladyslaw Wojtowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Clube Atlético Luziense's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
