Reynaldi Soputan started the match with the kick off. In the 7th minute, Bengt-Åke Smedfeldt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BK Tåfjutt fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 11th of the match, Emil Koch tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Alban Bolesta got in the way and made a wonderful save. Alban Bolesta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bengt-Åke Linberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Hamburg's Alban Bolesta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Koch in the 24th minute of play. Alban Bolesta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldi Soputan, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. If Lennart Lundqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Finn Bartels in the 36th minute of play forced BK Tåfjutt's goalkeeper Charlie Dahlgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the match, FC Hamburg's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt-Åke Linberg came free, but Alban Bolesta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th match minute, BK Tåfjutt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erland Arenius to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Apollo Heite made the kick off in the second half. Alban Bolesta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldi Soputan, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Finn Bartels in the 53rd minute of play forced BK Tåfjutt's goalkeeper Charlie Dahlgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stellan Enegren kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Werner Eigenfeld struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Charlie Dahlgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Hamburg. In the 59th minute Bengt-Åke Linberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alban Bolesta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Apollo Heite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ernst Dalman hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the match, BK Tåfjutt's goalkeeper Charlie Dahlgren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Apollo Heite. The audience thought a goal was coming when Apollo Heite got free with Charlie Dahlgren in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 70 played minutes BK Tåfjutt got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Ayala. Charlie Dahlgren acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 71st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Finn Bartels. Bengt-Åke Linberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emil Koch in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alban Bolesta saved FC Hamburg from getting behind. In the 80th minute, Bengt-Åke Linberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alban Bolesta was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When FC Hamburg's Werner Eigenfeld in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BK Tåfjutt's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, BK Tåfjutt's Lennart Lundqvist got a free kick in the 93rd minute. 94 minutes into the match, BK Tåfjutt's goalkeeper Charlie Dahlgren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Apollo Heite.
