The crowd rose to their feet as Rodolfo Atarrabi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Denis Paulin. That made the score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. In the 25th minute Teofilo Esdras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Armani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Defensores de Lombroso's goal looked a bit too open when Adrián Espadas came free, but Denis Paulin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Defensores de Lombroso's supporters rose to their feet, but Federico Pirro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armando Armani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Denis Paulin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Răzvan Necula, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Teofilo Esdras could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Armando Armani made a huge save. Soroca F.C.'s Armando Armani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriel Ferrer in the 92nd minute of play. Răzvan Necula received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Denis Paulin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Soroca F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
