In the 8th minute Terry Sauvestre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurențiu Pârâianu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When DINAMO's Lucrețiu Nicodim in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cats and dogs's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Terry Sauvestre in the 44th minute of play forced DINAMO's goalkeeper Laurențiu Pârâianu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Terry Sauvestre in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Laurențiu Pârâianu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dove Dalmas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Laurențiu Pârâianu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lucrețiu Nicodim to strike the kick off in the second half. Lucrețiu Nicodim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Frédéric Gout read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Frédéric Gout had great luck who in the 62ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Lucrețiu Nicodim from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 66 minutes into the match, DINAMO's goal looked a bit too open when Terry Sauvestre came free, but Laurențiu Pârâianu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laurențiu Pârâianu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terry Sauvestre in the 68th minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Cats and dogs's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dumitru Opincaru fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Dove Dalmas charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dove Dalmas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of DINAMO booed when Cats and dogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dove Dalmas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 78 minutes, Lucrețiu Nicodim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DINAMO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucrețiu Nicodim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th minute, Terry Sauvestre ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Laurențiu Pârâianu was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hrvoje Prodanović during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 82nd match minute, DINAMO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hrvoje Prodanović to maneuver through the defense. Boris Le Gall kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match.
