Slipmaskinerna's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gust Rammer in the 7th minute. The corner ended in Gust Rammer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano did a great save. Slipmaskinerna's Zorion Carić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Barros in the 8th minute of play. Carlos Germano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peanut Lord, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute, Rami Funes Mori hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hermengildo Erroman's late challenge caught a Slipmaskinerna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hermengildo Erroman helped the player get up and apologised. Hermengildo Erroman made in the 18th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Bonifacio Cresconio however managed to control. Club Atlético Atlanta's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gust Rammer ran over to the corner to take the kick. Slipmaskinerna's Gust Rammer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Carlos Germano in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peanut Lord in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Germano saved Club Atlético Atlanta from getting behind. In the 31st minute Peanut Lord shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Germano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Örjan Örn blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Germano having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bonifacio Cresconio during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peanut Lord in the 37th minute of the match. When Edgard Barros came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Club Atlético Atlanta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgard Barros couldn't finish the play. Edgard Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Zorion Carić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee felt a red card was in order, 45 minutes into the game, when Karin Juniors put in a rough tackle. Slipmaskinerna's Jerry Aronsson was substituted for Jordi Alba. Zorion Carić went to the wrong direction when Ciro Ferdinand was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Peanut Lord made the kick off in the second half. If Peanut Lord had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Club Atlético Atlanta's Bonifacio Cresconio got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 1-1 became the score in the 58th minute when Edgard Barros elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Peanut Lord succeeded in the game's 62nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. Edgard Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zorion Carić having to interfere. The corner ended in Gust Rammer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano did a great save. Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peanut Lord in the 76th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Barros in the 81st minute of play forced Slipmaskinerna's goalkeeper Zorion Carić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peanut Lord in the 84th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Carlos Germano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 89 played minutes Club Atlético Atlanta got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Barros. Basilio Lauren made in the 94th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Slipmaskinerna's Jerry Aronsson. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Atlanta's zone, Mastur Bates stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Germano came out of the goal and Mastur Bates tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Slipmaskinerna walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
